Our Services

Intake Assessment (60 minutes): The first step in the therapeutic process. The intake session is our opportunity to gather information, set therapeutic goals, and determine if Better Together is the best fit for you and your family’s needs. At the end of the intake, we will create a plan for treatment moving forward.

Individual Therapy (50 minutes): Better Together Therapy utilizes a variety of evidence-based and relationship-driven techniques to create lasting therapeutic change. Across these approaches, we place a particular emphasis on the unique qualities and needs of neurodivergent and gifted children, teens, adults, and families. We see clients as young as eight years old, and offer both short-term and longer-term treatment plans.

Parent Coaching (50 minutes): Parents are the greatest sources of learning, support, and contact for their children. With this in mind, our parent coaching program focuses on teaching parents practical skills that can improve their family’s well-being. Parent coaching often focuses on improving communication, holding fair and clear boundaries, reducing conflict at home, and improving a parent’s own coping and emotion regulation skills.
